What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2 days to process your order, then delivery takes between 4 and 9 days.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently deliver mainly within Europe.
Where do you ship your products from?
Our offices are based in Charente-Maritime, France. Our logistics warehouse is located in Fresnes, Val-de-Marne.
Do your products have certifications?
Yes, our products are CE-certified, complying with European standards.
Do you provide tracking information?

Some items are missing from my order, what’s happening?
Our products are shipped separately depending on your order. If your order contains items from different warehouses, they will be delivered in separate packages. The remaining items should arrive soon.
I still haven’t received my order. Why is it taking so long?
We sincerely apologise for the delay. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order at any time. If you need further assistance, please contact us at contact@mybodycurve.com.
Do you have a refund policy?
We offer refunds for orders that have not yet been shipped.
Once a package is in transit, refunds are no longer possible.
